Future Direction of ICT in health care
Likely the most exciting future direction of ICT in health care is the potential for new models of care to be developed and scaled across the population, and likely, new approaches to the nurse-patient relationship. It will be up to the profession of nursing to determine how the nursing role seeks to develop or steward new technology-enabled models of care moving into the future.
