ICT in Health Care
Currently, there are many types of ICT that are used within health care settings, whether these contexts be acute care, community, public health, or long-term care. Examples include various electronic record keeping technologies, other forms of clinical decision support applications, and a wide range of mobile tools. In some instances, applications and tools are embedded into various point-of-care technologies that are used by nurses or clients to facilitate care interactions.
